Depending on the scope of the mandate, the firm conducts impartial investigations involving findings of fact, the application of organizational policies and applicable legal frameworks, and the preparation of recommendations arising from those findings.

The firm is frequently retained to investigate allegations of harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, and workplace misconduct. We also conduct investigations relating to general allegations of misconduct including, but not limited to, conflicts of interest, breaches of organizational policies, fraudulent conduct, and alleged violations of codes of conduct and professional standards.
